3. Who Can Access Information
Portal access is role-based. Admin users may access account lists, job records, uploads, inventory records, assignments, and facility paperwork. Worker users can access jobs and files assigned or made available to them. Portal information should only be accessed for legitimate business purposes.

Portal data may be stored in server-side files, uploaded file folders, session storage, and application data files. Access should be limited to authorized users only. Users are responsible for keeping their login information confidential and logging out when using shared devices.
For production use, passwords should be protected using proper password hashing and secure hosting practices. Administrative access should be limited to users who need it.

Users should only upload files related to authorized job, facility, or inventory work. Do not upload unrelated personal information, confidential third-party documents, illegal content, or files that you do not have permission to share.

We do not sell portal user information. Information may be shared internally with authorized managers, admins, contractors, workers, or business representatives who need access to perform job-related duties. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, legal process, insurance, billing, compliance, or business protection needs.
7. Data Retention
Portal information may be kept for as long as needed for business records, job history, billing support, insurance, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and operational needs. Admins may delete certain records when they are no longer needed.
8. User Responsibilities
Users must keep passwords private, use the portal only for authorized work, avoid sharing account access, and report suspected unauthorized access or incorrect information as soon as possible.
