Last updated: May 25, 2026. These Terms of Service set the rules for accessing and using the ARS Contractor Portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ARS Contractor Portal, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and all portal rules, policies, and instructions provided by ARS management or authorized administrators.

2. Authorized Use Only

The portal is for authorized business use only. Users may only access information, files, jobs, inventory records, and paperwork that they are permitted to view or manage.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each user is responsible for their account. Users must:

  • Use accurate account information.
  • Keep passwords private.
  • Not share login access with anyone else.
  • Log out when using shared or public devices.
  • Report unauthorized access, incorrect assignments, or suspected security issues immediately.

4. Contractor and Worker Obligations

Contractors and workers are responsible for reviewing assigned jobs, updating job status accurately, uploading required files, keeping target dates current when permitted, and following all jobsite, client, safety, and company requirements.

5. Job Records and Uploads

Users must only upload accurate and work-related files. Uploaded files may be reviewed by admins, managers, or other authorized users. Users must not upload false records, harmful files, confidential unrelated documents, offensive content, or materials they do not have permission to share.

6. Inventory and Facility Paperwork

Inventory entries, facility paperwork, and job records must be accurate to the best of the user’s knowledge. Users should not intentionally alter, delete, or misuse records unless authorized.

7. Admin Rights

Admins may create users, assign jobs, change assigned users, review uploads, manage inventory, reset passwords, delete records, and control portal access as needed for business operations.

8. No Guarantee of Availability

The portal may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, internet issues, hosting problems, software errors, or other conditions. Users remain responsible for communicating urgent job issues through appropriate backup methods if the portal is unavailable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ARS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from portal use, portal downtime, incorrect entries, delayed updates, deleted files, or user error.

10. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for unauthorized use, misuse, security concerns, inaccurate records, violation of these Terms, or business reasons.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as the portal changes. Continued use of the portal after updates means the user accepts the revised Terms.
